This policy applies when you visit our website, create or use an account, request a free I Ching reading, purchase or receive a Personalized Four Pillars Reading, contact support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Subotiz checkout, invoices, receipts, and related transaction services are also governed by the Subotiz Privacy Policy, the Subotiz Terms of Service, and any additional terms displayed at checkout.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

Account and contact information: your name, email address, account identifier, login and verification status, and communications preferences.
Free-reading information: the two numbers you choose, your question, and the reading prepared in response.
Personalized Four Pillars Reading information: your date of birth, exact local time of birth, city and country of birth, selected focus area, relationship status when relevant, and other information you choose to provide for the reading.
Order and transaction information: product purchased, price, currency, order status, transaction identifiers, payment status, invoice information, and dispute status. Subotiz and its payment partners collect and process payment-card and billing information. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our servers.
Support and delivery information: emails, support requests, delivery records, clarification requests, and other correspondence.
Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, security events, and basic interaction data.
Cookies and similar technologies: information stored or accessed to keep the site secure, maintain sessions, remember preferences, and, where enabled, understand site performance.

Please do not include unnecessary information about another person, medical details, diagnosis or treatment information, or other highly sensitive information that is not needed for your reading.

You provide Personalized Four Pillars Reading information voluntarily when you choose to request the service. We use these details only as reasonably necessary to prepare, deliver, secure, support, and document the specific reading you requested, and to meet applicable payment, record-keeping, and legal obligations.

Directly from you when you submit a form, create an account, complete a purchase, or contact us.

From Subotiz or its payment partners when they confirm a payment, chargeback, invoice, or related transaction event.

Paid transactions are completed through Subotiz. They process this information under their own legal terms and privacy notices. We receive only the transaction and customer information reasonably needed to identify the order, deliver the purchased service, provide support, and maintain required records.

To Subotiz and its payment partners for checkout, payment, invoicing, tax, fraud-prevention, and chargeback functions.
