Can I change jobs now?

A short reading for your question.
This reading suggests caution about changing jobs right now. New opportunities may look appealing, but check the role, conditions, and any unresolved issues before making a decision. A job search can take substantial energy, and an opening is not yet a firm offer.
If staying in your current role is workable, consider using this time to build your options. A move may feel more secure once the terms of a new offer are clear.
